If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To qualify for a return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It must be in its original packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certain items are not eligible for return, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intimate or sanitary items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Additional Non-Returnable Items:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Gift cards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloadable software products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Some health and personal care items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Return Requirements<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. <strong>Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Partial Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In some cases, partial refunds may be granted, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Books with obvious signs of use.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refund Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late or Missing Refunds<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Check your bank account or credit card statement again.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact your credit card provider, as posting refunds can take time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reach out to your bank for further details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you have taken all the above steps and still haven\u2019t received your refund, contact us at <strong>kim@soargirlsacademy.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sale Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We replace defective or damaged items only. For exchanges:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Email us at <strong><a>kim@soargirlsacademy.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send your item to our address, which will be provided via email upon approval.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gifts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for your return&#8217;s value.
